About This Project
Eco conscious travelers are finally catching on to what scuba divers have known for decades. If we take care of our environment, our environment will take care of us.
Turtles are often used as the friendly face of oceanographic eco-friendliness and across the world there are many projects which help turtle populations grow. It is not however, all about the turtles. There are projects to save the whale, stop shark fishing, seal culling and reintroduce coral reefs.
Many scuba divers get into it because they want to experience the wondrous creatures which live in our oceans, but after a short while realize that these elements are under immense pressure and could soon disappear altogether.
